The Genetic Diversity and Detection of Xylella fastidiosa

摘要：

　　Abstract Xylella fastidiosa is the causative agent of many economically important plant diseases.Genetic diversity of X.fastidiosa provided a framework to detect, diagnose and control the disease caused by X.fastidiosa.Some of the representative works done by using molecular biological methods were discussed in this paper, in order to review the progress of the researches in this field and provide guiding significances for further works.
