The Mechanism Innovation Research in the Supply of Housing --An approach bases on the public-private partnership model
Compared with other commodities, housing has the attribute of the public goods and the personal effects concurrently, and this special attribute makes the traditional mode of distribution and its according ways of supply invalid.As a result, many negative issues are easily caused.This article starts with the the nature of housing, analysing the disadvantages of our country”s current supply mechanism of housing.Then, combines with four ways of public services” public-private partnership and their applicability, expatiating the operationality of the housing supply in American.Lastly, proposes some policy suggests to the innovation of our country”s supply mechanism of housing.
