17-19世纪清代蒙古法和蒙古地区判例法系统

摘要：

The Qing dynasty清朝 of China had various kinds of ethnics in its territory.Especially it ruled Mongolia for long time (Inner Mongolia:1635-1911,Outer Mongolia: 1691-1911),and the government established a law called the ”Menggu li” 蒙古例(mongγul (c)aya(j)a-yin bi(c)ig, or document of Mongol law)only for Mongolians in addition to the code of laws called the DaQing lüli 大清律例 which was established for China proper.
