Characterization of ac106 gene from Ophiusa Disjungens nucleopolyhedrovirus
The ac106 gene from Ophiusa Disjungens nucleopolyhedrovirus was cloned and sequenced.Computer analysis revealed that two N-glycosylation sites.five Protein kinase C phosphorylation sites,two Casein kinase Ⅱ phosphorylation sites.one Tyrosine kinase phosphorylation site and one N-myristoylation site were found in the ac106 amino acid sequence.C-terminal of this protein was more conservative than the N-terminal.The identity of ac106 amino acid sequence of 39 baculovirus is 32%-65%.The AC106 was smaller than deduced which expressed in the BL21.but was as same as deduced when expressed in the Tn cell.The protein was present in the whole cells after infected 24h.whereas in the cytoplasm after infected 72h.
