Contact Geometry Via Legendrian Curves

摘要：

　　In this talk I will present a variational problem associated with a contact form on a compact three-dimensional manifold.This variational problem is defined on a subspace of the Legendrian curves.Its critical point is the Reeb orbit of the given contact form.I will describe different types of critical points at infinity of this variational problem and related problems.I will also present a conjecture on the topology of this subspace.
