On-line Mixing Pesticide Technology on Variable Rate Spray

　　It is of great significance that to proceed variable rate spray (VRS) according to the requirement of crop for saving pesticide and protecting environment.Aimed at the hand-push sprayer of type 3WY-A3, the VRS system used real-time mixing pesticide was designed in this paper.The VRS system mainly included a mixing pesticide device, a differential pressure (DP) flow meter, a flow control valve, a control system hardware and software, etc.The experiments of mixing pesticide were conducted.The experimental results show that the pesticide flow range is from 0.lmL/s to 0.9mL/s; the error is less than 5%.
