Research on durability deterioration of steel-structure coating subject to sandstorm
Surface coating of steel structure play a primary role to protect durability of the structure, damage of the coating will directly affect the durability and safety of steel-structure.Sandstorm has great damage on the durability of the coating of steel-structure by erosion and deterioration.In this paper, based on analysis of the characteristics of sandstorm and the mechanical properties of the coating, the erosion mechanical model of the coating is established, and the erosion mechanical properties are analyzed.The results show that the quantitative relationship between maxcontact force, maxcontact radius, maxcontact stress of the coating and erosion speed and angle, and distribution regular of stress-field and yield speed limit of the coating can be found, the erosionwear process is simulated by means of nonlinear dynamic finite element program, which showed that the simulate results conform to theoretical analysis and calculation results.
