Exploration on Human Errors of Coal Mine”s Safety in Production
In the system of man-machine-environment,man is main part,is the pivotal factor to bring about established target,and at the same time,is the main factor to excite accidents.Man-made errors have a strong impact on safety in production of coal mine.Statistics indicate,man-made errors have high proportion in accident cause.The proportion reaches up to 70%-80%.For this reason,in order to increase security of coal mine,we must attach importance to stusy on man-made errors.This paper analyzes the fundamental principle of man-made errors,thereby supplies speculative knowledge of preventing and controling to man-made accidents.
