Based on the Theory of TRIZ Solving the Problem of 18650 Battery Beading Waves
Circular 18650 lithium-ion battery in electric tools and electric car batteries is finding wider and wider application,because of the bad working environment for the safety of the battery performance requirements are higher.But 18650 battery in beading process often have wave problem,which directly affect the sealing performance of the battery,will pose a threat to the security performance of the battery.So in this paper,by using the theory of TRIZ beading waves 18650 battery are analyzed in detail,determines the battery shell wall thickness design modification,redesign roll groove position head and tap,adjust the battery shell method such as hardness,effectively prevent the beading waves 18650 battery.
