Obstacles and Path Selection about the Construction of Green Agricultural Investment and Financing System
As a new agricultural producing method,Green agriculture has become the only way to meet the new normal economic development of China”s agriculture.While the current fact is that financial trouble has become a huge obstacle to the development of green agriculture.For this reality the construction of green agricultural financing mechanism is extremely expected.Considering the current financial troubles and do some relative reason analysis,this paper discusses financing channels and put forward the choice of path as the way to solve this problem.As to the path selection,China should strengthen the top design construction of green agriculture investment and financing mechanism and try to optimize the construction of authentication system and credit evaluation system of green agriculture.Which the ”three-incentive” consist of financing,banking and insurance have profound meaning in promoting the construction of green agriculture financing mechanism and the development of green agriculture.
