Impact of Resource Development and Utilization to Local Green Development--A Case of Liaoning Province
Local resource development and utilization can impact the green development,while the green development is one of the most important measurement to construct the ecological civilization.This paper selects the relative statistic data of Liaoning province from 1992 to 2013,uses the entropy method to analyze its impacting status and tendency of green development.The results shows that Liaoning Province gradually deviated the sign from green resources development and utilization,and went to the slow decline for the green developing system.The biggest yeas is 2010,for Liaoning province increased the primary fossil energy consumption and energy production,which made the gray correlation of positive ideal solution dropped from 0.54 to 0.48 in 2009; while in 2011,it went back to 0.57,which said Liaoning province has increased the environmental investment and administrative measures for the reasonable resource development and utilization.In general,Liaoning province needs further breakthrough in the green development of resource development and utilization.
