Empirical Study on the Influence of Policy Factors on Relocation of Resource-based Enterprises

　　Based on the questionnaire survey and the high-level interview,the paper discussed the influence of government policy on the relocation of resource-based enterprise using Logit econometric model.The result shows that the policy factor is more important and effective for relocation of resource-based enterprises than the economic,strategic and emotional factors.Environmental management,preferential land policy,government facilities and environment of fair competition of the policy factors are the controlling factors for firm relocation.The role of government facilities is the most important among them,while administrative efficiency plays a negative role.
