Method Comparison of rat muscle extraction from tissue protein

摘要：

　　Objective: establish and optimize the extraction methods of tissue protein.Methods: tissue of rats were extracted by TCA/acetone,improve TCA/acetone and Tissue Protein Extraction Kit.Then Three kinds of proteins extracted optical density,sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Results: UV spectrum analysis showed that (TCA)/acetone method at a wavelength of 562 nm is protein content is lower,and improved the TCA/acetone and Tissue Protein Extraction Kit method of protein content is higher,sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis confirmed that the protein fragments of TCA/acetone method was the weakest among them.The protein fragments of the others were clear,and there were no degradation or no trailing phenomena.
