The molecular nature of the DMC catalysts activity An experimental research
Presented paper discloses the results of the investigation of some DMC catalysts with complementary using of several analytical techniques,as thermal analysis (TG/ DSC),evolved gas analysis(EGA - FTIR,EGA - MS),X - ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES/ EXAFS),X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),X - ray diffraction spectrometry (XRD)and infrared spectrophotometry(FTIR). The chemical composition of the catalysts were characterized by means of the atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS)and classical elemental analysis. The general aim of our research was to create the experimental bases for the molecular justification of the activity of the DMC catalysts.
