Research and Development of Oleo - Based Surfactant

摘要：

　　Oil and fat are one of the main nature biodegradable resources of surfactant hydrophobic group. Now,many surfactants are developed from oil and fat. The progress in research into oleo - based surfactants is reviewed. The structures,synthesis and application of some anionic,cationic and nonionic oleo - based surfactants are discussed.
