Investigating Collaborative Reflection with Peers in an Online Space
In this study,a group of 22 vocational school leaders and teachers wrote weekly reflection in an online space after attending a lesson.They also read the reflection written by their peers and gave comments.The purpose of this study was to find out how they collaboratively reflected and what they learned from the collaborative reflection process.Results show that they reflected on the content,attempted to apply the content into practice,and changed beliefs; got additional perspectives,negotiate meaning,and learned how to reflect better from their peers” reflection; they gained additional knowledge and emotional support from their peers” comments.
