Evaluation of Faculty Development Practices
This article presents the evaluation practices of faculty development initiatives by our Center for Teaching and Learning.Following an introduction of our efforts in supporting faculty”s educational integration of technologies,this paper details our evaluation practices,highlighting the current transition from output-based evaluation to outcome-based evaluation.Major evaluation findings and the difficulties encountered are also shared.
