大數據時代的中药复方药理学研究新模式及其新药发展

摘要：

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a unique medical system different from ”conventional” western medical system.In western medicine, therapeutic drugs are generally developed from the prevalent ”one drug, one target” dogma, whereas in TCM, therapeutic approach is generally based on a particular TCM principle and theory to organize a complex herbal formulae.TCM is a complicate therapeutic system targeting on multiple signal pathways with multiple components.
