Treatment experience of postpartum vaginal relaxation of Colporrhaphy with the method of sewing up with trapezoid
Objective: To explore an effective method to rectify postpartum vaginal relaxation.Methods: The method of sewing up with trapezoid was performed outward to tighten the flabby lacerated muscles of posterior wall of vagina.From deep to superficial level ,The vaginal orifice diameter was reduced by this suture rnethod, By layers make vagina outside 1/3 segments and vagina muscles tighten.Resuhs: 73 patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation were treated with the kind of colporrhaphy.73 patients were followed up for 6~12 months.The result post operation was satisfactory and none of patients disconfforted.Condusion: The method of sewing up with trapezoid of colporrhaphy can achieve both anatomical approvement and functional recovery to rectify the postpartum vaginal relaxation.h is a safe and efficacy technique.
