Mid-IR uncooled PbSe photon detector for high speed applications at room temperature

摘要：

　　In the popularization and application of infrared imaging detection technology, the uncooled infrared photon detection enables the high speed mid-IR detection at room temperature, which has potential applications in many fields such as aviation, space detection, industry, etc.For the mid-IR (3-5μm) range, the infrared photosensitivity at room temperature can be achieved by polycrystallization in PbSe film.
