The Process of Natural Dyeing and Analysis of Industrial Property Right
The Korean people had been used to dye textiles with dyestuffs from plants and minerals which were collected easily around residential area.They expressed social position with types and colors of their dresses.In this paper, We summarized traditional processes of dyeing in the books that were collected and translated by RDA(Rural Development Administration) and also analyzed Korean patents containing natural dyeing processes.The analysis result confirmed that the processes of traditional natural dyeing on the records of ancient agricultural books have developed into industrial property right.
