应用于酸冷器的奥氏体焊接换热管的制造及无损检测技术探讨
Sulfuric acid is a chemical that is used in numerous of industrial processes such as fertilizer, chemical,petroleum,textiles,iron and steel, etc...Sulphur dioxide(SO2) is oxidized to sulphur trioxide(SO3) in the presence of a catalyst.The gas is then reacted with water in absorbing towers to form sulfuric acid.The chemical reaction used is significantly exothermic so most of the energy generated is recovered by various means such as heat exchangers.When designing tubes and shell heat exchangers, tubes material selection and tube manufacturing process are critical as they will determine the safety, reliability and longetivity of the equipments.
