半相合造血干细胞移植:一种治疗儿童SAA可行的方法
Survival outcomes from hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)in severeaplasticanaemia(SAA)have improved steadily over the past decade but haploidental HSCT remain challenges mainlyassociated with graft failureand GVHD.So it has been considered in the final choice of treatment status for SAA.We retrospectively evaluated the outcome of27children with SAAwho received unmanuplated haploidentical HSCT in Chinabetween July2002and Nov2013.All27cases failed to respond to previous immunosuppressive therapy(average23months,range from1to72months)and were heavily transfused before transplantation.
