造血干细胞移植HLA分型策略的研究进展
The occurrence of graft rejection and/or graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after allogeneichematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is largely depended on whether the recipientand the donor have matched HLA types.Under normal circumstances, the individualwith completely matched HLA antigens can be the donor.However, due to the high levelof HLA polymorphism, the major obstacle in the allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantationis to find a donor with HLA antigens that are a perfect match.This can prove robe quite problematic.
