Solution of phosphors in filament LED packing technology
In this article,nitrides phosphors with 1113 structure and YAG yellow green phosphors which could be used to make white light LED at the color rendering index of 80 were discussed.On the one hand,through the improvement and optimization of phosphors formula and synthetic technology,the thermal quenching of phosphors was improved (the rate of maintain luminous efficiency raised 2% at the temperature of 150 °C ),also the particle size distribution was optimized.On the other hand,inorganic/organic coating technology was used to treat the surface of phosphors,which promoted the distribution of phosphors in silica gel.The packing test results indicated that the phosphors which was treated by nano titanium dioxide/polymethylmethacrylate were well distributed in silica gel without any reunion phenomenon.Luminous efficiency of LED filament light made by the improved phosphors raised about 2~3 % from 118 lm/W to 121 lm/W,while luminous decay was only 2.81%,lower than the same product in the market (about 4.96%) after 1000 h.
