Realization of Spectral Match and Irradiance Non-uniformity for LED Solar Simulator
In this paper,an LED solar simulator by using six different peak wavelengths and high power LEDs has been developed.In order to achieve effective radiance of one sun intensity,six kinds of high power LEDs are used for the light source.They are 460nm,525nm,625nm,730nm,850nm,940nm,respectively.Meanwhile,the A-level standard of the spectral match is achieved.In the design of the irradiance non-uniformity on the effective irradiated area,combined with the optical characteristics of the large angle light emitting of LEDs,multiple spot light of optical system is used in the design.Through the control of the LED arrays,A-level standard of the irradiance non-uniformity on 160mm × 160mm effective irradiated area has been achieved.
