Adapting LED lighting to compensate the influence of ambient light on the light color
LED lighting has great advantages in rendering colors and hence becomes popular in stage lighting and many other applications.However,the rendered color on a target may deviate from the desired one under the influence of ambient light.A method was proposed to adapt the colors of LED lamps to maintain desired light colors at a target point in the presence of ambient light.In this paper,the conditions for the method to sufficiently compensate the influence of ambient light are investigated.As a specific application,we further develop a method for optimally adapting LED lighting to maintain the desired CCT and illuminance of indoor lighting,where daylight harvesting is implemented.
