矫正融合手术对神经肌肉型脊椎侧弯患者之肺功能影响

摘要：

Patients with neuromuscular disorder such as Spinal Muscular Atrophy(SMA)and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy(DMD)tend to develop spinal deformities,with scoliosis being the most severe problem in surviving patients.Respiratory failure did happen in these patients due to muscle weakness and progressive scoliosis.The objectives of this study were to evaluate anddescribe the clinical course of neuromuscular disorder(SMA typeⅡ&Ⅲ,DMD)as well as to determine the effect of scoliosis surgery on the pulmonary function.
