Platelet-inhibitors in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要：

　　Mortality rate in patients with ST elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI) has dramatically decreased during the last 20 years in France (Figure).1New drugs are not the main part of this evolution.They have to be considered as a part of the global French management of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Three points have to be considered.
