Study on Visualization of Infectious Disease Ontology Based on Dynamics Simulation
It”s significant to provide effectively organized infectious disease knowledge and visualized research to the service of infectious disease knowledge.In this paper, infectious disease information is organized based on ontology modeling.This article discusses a method to visualize ontology graphs, and a physical model of charged mass point-spring-damper for dynamics simulation.This method can distribute the nodes of complex graphs uniformly and naturally, preventing the overlapping of nodes and reducing intersection of edges.It is advantageous to demonstrate the large and complex ontology graphs.
