The New Corrosion Control Technology of Oilfield Equipment
With the application of enhanced oil recovery,equipment corrosion problems become increasingly acute.Equipment corrosion affects the normal operation of the device and brings about a series of related problems.In solving these problems,a new technology on oilfield equipment corrosion control was proposed,the comprehensive control technology,combining oilfield equipment corrosion characteristics and traditional methods.This technology will effectively reduce the loss caused by corrosion.Nanophase anti-corrosion coating,biological corrosion probes and cathodic protection technology are currently being used to retard corrosion in some developed countries and proved to be feasible with significant efficiency.
