Research Advances and Prospect of Job Demand-Resource Model

摘要：

　　The research of Job demands-Resource model as a new research field of human resource into the twenty-first Century quietly rising,has got the theory researchers and practitioners’ increasingly attention.On the basis of combing the related literature at home and abroad,the paper reviews the research background of the rise of JD-R model,expounds the connotation of the model,explores several major stages in the development of JD-R model theory,and points out the shortcoming of existing studies and puts forward the prospects for future research,in order to provide reference and inspiration for domestic scholar”s follow-up study.
