Research on Handoff Model for Cooperative Communication
Handoff is referred to as the process of transferring an ongoing call or data session in a Mobile Station from its link to one Base Station to another.Handoff is often used in Cellular Mobile System.Cooperative communication has been investigated in recent years, but handoff for cooperative communication is seldom researched at home and abroad.Cooperative communication employs the principle of the relay channel to achieve diversity gain and improve the throughput and reliability of the system.This paper briefly demonstrates the building process of handoff model for cooperative communication.
