A Fault Attack against the SM2 Digital Signature

The extensive set of physical attack techniques implies to a clear threat to devices that execute cryptography.A fault attack actively influences exe cution and hopes to retrieve information from unintended behaviors. The Chinese commercial cryptography administration office published the SM2 digital signature in 2010.In this paper, we propose a first fault attack on the SM2 cryptographic digital signature.Using only one random fault, we are able to recover a secret key with a certain probability.
