Structuring Performance-based Accountability System in China
The performance-based Accountability will be the main trend of Accountability system.The Author analyses problems in the practices of Chinese government performance assessment and Accountability.Then make suggestions that to develop performance-based Accountability, we should accelerate ”two integrations”: accelerating the integration of government performance assessment and accountability; accelerating the integration of external control and internal control Based on this, we further construct a whole system of accountability.
