摘要：

The article talk about the ILO.And then discribe people with Disabilities and Decent Work:Barriers,Issues and Solutions.International labour standards and disability.In the end discribe the twin track approach:to vercome barriers and implement strategies.Some project only address disabled persons such as PROPEL and ILO Global Business and Disability Network;thers encourage inclusion such as the TVET Reform in Bangladeshand the xxx and xxx projects in China.
