性能型構造設計を採用した超高層建物事例

　　The offing earthquake of the Tohoku district Pacific Ocean which occurred on March 11,2011 is the greatest big earthquake of M9.0 in the history of the observation in Japan,and caused the Great East Japan Earthquake including tsunami,aftershock of every place,and a nuclear power plant disaster.In Japan,the earthquake-proof problem to an long time and long cycle earthquake motion in accordance with the occurrence of a massive earthquake has attracted attention.On this paper,a performance based structure design is adopted and the structural design outline of the super-high-rise building which improved earthquake resistance is reported.In that case,I think that setting up a higher external force level and criteria and verifying earthquake-proof safety leads to disaster reduction to the earthquake which has uncertainty.
