摘要：

　　This high-rise building,which is a seismically-isolated building,has been built at east 300m away from JR Sannomiya Station in Kobe city.This building is 54 stories on the ground,1st storey under the ground and about 190m high until the top of building.The seismic-isolation devices,which have lead rubber bearings; sliding bearing isolator,viscous damper of rotary type,have been installed under the basement of Superstructure.Building slenderness is about 4.8,and the natural period at maximum horizontal displacement is about 7.0 second.
