超高層免震建物の地震(觀)測記錄と免震効果

摘要：

　　Over 3000 base-isolation buildings have been constructed this 30 years in Japan.And since the first tall building with base-isolation system constructed in 1999,a lot of tall buildings with base-isolation system constructed.This paper discusses the performance verification of the base isolation system through earthquake observation records.Seismic response analyses using a pseudo three-dimensional model of the buildings were also conducted to simulate the responses observed in the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake.The reliability and performance of the base-isolation system for tall building was thereby clarified.
