工ネルギ一法による制振補強建物は耐震診断評価法

摘要：

　　This paper describes design procedure of steel buildings with hysteretic dampers by energy balance method and index ISCON which is based on energy balance method.Additionally,it is compared that evaluation by index IsCON to evaluation by structural seismic index Is.lastly,it is considered that effects reinforced with hysteretic dampers by using the result from time history response analysis.In addition,this study is proceeded by using 3 and 10 stories steel buildings.
