RC造と鋼板パネルを併用したハィグリツド型耐震壁を用いた歷史的建造物の補強設計と施工

摘要：

　　First of all,this paper shows state of the arts on the latest seismic evaluation and retrofit of historical buildings,especially brick constructions in Japan.Secondary,the actual example of a historical building retrofit is introduced.In this case,for seismic performance improvement of the historical building,constructed in TAISHO period,having embedded brick walls in RC frames,several experiments using 1/3 models adding steel panel on the RC wall are carried out and effectiveness of steel panel claddings on the RC walls are confirmed.Also,the design method of retrofit and retrofit-construction method using so called thin steel panel-RC wall i.e.hybrid wall are proposed.
