千葉県農業会館耐震化工事

摘要：

　　Chiba-ken Nogyo Kaikan is a 6-story RC office building located in Chiba city.The main building was completed in 1967.As a result of seismic evaluation,it is clarified that the building has low strength against earthquake and needs to be reinforced.In this paper,summary of the seismic reinforcing project and new seismic reinforcing systems are introduced.In this project,two types of aesthetic reinforcing system,i.e.”T.G-Wall”and”Grid-frame”are adopted.T.G-Wall consists of diagonal steel flat plates and glass.Glass performs as stiffeners after flat plate”s buckling occurred.Grid-frame is an external reinforcing system without using bracings.Lateral force between existing building and Grid-frame is transferred through the balcony slab.These new reinforcing systems enable to satisfy client”s needs as regard to seismic safety of the building,unchanged usability and brightly wide open internal spaces.
