Simple Biochemical Detection and 16S rRNA-Based analysis of veterinary Salmonella enterica
In this study, we provide more rapid, unambiguous identification of Salmonella enterica.A total of seventeen isolates of Salmonella(s.onterica) enterica were identified from swine (n =7), cattle (n =5) and sheep (n =5) from China. The isolates were confirmed as S.enterica by 16S rRNA sequence analysis and traditional Biochemical profiling identification, which was the combination of two methods in order to promote meaningful and scientifically accurate communications with identified isolates.
