Effects of Material Properties of Sound Absorbents on Vehicle NVH

　　NVH improvement has become the latest trend in today ” s automotive industry.Customers around the world demand for quieter vehicles to enhance their driving comfort,and at the same time,they also want cost effective cars,giving them more value for money than ever before.Slowly but surely,this trend has also hit the Indian automotive industry.Thus,it hecomes imperative to optimize NVH features in vehicles with bare mimmum cost in order to satisfy today ” s generation of customers.This paper highlights the effects of material properties of sound absorbent materialsused in Automotive NVH packaging.
