CAUSE ANALYSIS ON HIGHLY DEPRECIATED INDOOR LED PRODUCTIN CSA020

摘要：

　　One indoor led luminaire product of shortlifetime or high rate of lumen depreciation waseasily screened out with the newly publishedproduct-level accelerated test method CSA020during its validation.However,the cause forshort lifetime of that product was still open.Thispaper will investigate that failure mainly onthermal design,material properties,electronicssystem and even manufacturing process.
