Prepare Air Stable Quantum Dots Phosphor with Core-in-Matrix Structure for LED Lighting

摘要：

　　Quantum dots phosphors have shown their high potential in lighting application,especial for LED industry.Recently photochemical and thermal stability and thermal quenching become more critical for application of quantum dots.In this article we developed high quality quantum dots phosphor by growing quantum dots in solid matrix.This structure provides quantum dots with high quantum efficiency and largely improved photochemical stability in air.As-prepared quantum dots phosphor has been very close to industrial application.
