El Junco湖泊沉积物中的生物标志物和它们的来源
Lipid biomarkers preserved in lake sediments provide a powerful tool for understanding past ecological and environmental processes. The sediments of E1 Junco Lake contain a diversity of lipid biomarkers that can be traced to different origins(Zhang et al.,2001,2011,2013).Lipid biomarkers contained insuspended particles and sediments from Lake El Junco, Galapagos demonstrate for the first time that allthree races of the alga Botryococcus braunii (A,B&L) have co-existed intermittently during the last 460years.Cis and traps C25-C31 n-alkadienes and a C29 triene indicated race A, a series of C34H58botryococcenes indicated race B, and a C40H78 hydrocarbon, traps, traps-lycopadiene indicated race L(Zhang et al.,2007).
