Determination of chlorobenzene by hydroxypropyl- β-cyclodextrin fluorescence quenching method with neutral red as a fluorescence probe

摘要：

　　The fluorescence quenching of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) and neutral red carried by chlorobenzene was investigated.A competitive fluorescence inclusion method was used to determination of chlorobenzene on the basis of the fluorescence quenching value of neutral red.The concentration as low as 1.0 × 10-8 mol/L can be detected.
