Convex Curve Compensation in High-Speed Corrugating Roll Based on Finite

  Address high dynamic characteristics of high speed Corrugating roll mechanism,the establishment of a corresponding mathematical model of the upper and lower Corrugating roller height,introduced a corresponding convex curve equation.Through theoretical calculations 6 height,lower Corrugating roller on the group.Through theoretical calculations 6 height,lower Corrugating roller on the group.Simulated by ANSYS of corrugated roller status,and load it on corrugated roller,geometric constraints,such as the establishment of finite element model for analysis,simulation State is to gain height,lower Corrugating roller on the following 6 groups.Simulation of convex curves results in the State to compensate the results of theoretical calculation,improve contact performance of corrugated roller.
