Research on the Relationship between Venture Capital Network Strength and Value Spillovers

摘要：

　　Constructed by venture capital organizations in joint investment,the venture capital network is a trustbased and mutual benefitial social network,on which China is still on the threshold of related research.This paper delves into two situations of economies i.e.when venture capital network strength is zero and above-zero,to discuss the relationship between venture capital network strength and value spillovers,with the comparative analysis of balanced investment and equilibrium income in the above situations as well.
